> QuillHire runs AI interviews in two independent formats: a 15-minute phone screen, and a 45-minute live technical video interview with anti-cheat. The video interview includes a live coding round for developer roles and runs without coding for every other role. Every interview returns a transcript, a scorecard, and a recommendation.

Key facts:

- The two formats are separate products, not stages of one funnel. A team can run either on its own.
- Anti-cheat applies to the whole video interview, not only to coding rounds. A product manager or marketing analyst gets the same monitoring an engineer does, with no coding test involved.
- Anti-cheat surfaces timestamped evidence for a human to review. It does not issue an automated pass/fail verdict, and it does not claim to catch every method.
- Interviews run on ordinary mobile numbers (phone screen) and standard video call links (video interview). Candidates install nothing and create no account.
- The video interview is a LIVE, two-way conversation, not one-way recorded video the candidate submits. The next question depends on what the candidate just said.

- AI Phone Screener, 15 minutes: The QuillHire AI Phone Screener is a 15-minute outbound phone call placed automatically when a candidate applies. It asks structured questions about must-have skills, notice period, salary expectations, and motivation, then returns a transcript, a score, and a shortlist recommendation. It runs on ordinary mobile numbers, so candidates need no app, no login, and no data connection.
- AI Technical Video Interview, 45 minutes: The QuillHire AI Technical Video Interview is a single 45-minute live video session with anti-cheat monitoring running throughout. It is a real two-way interview, not a one-way recording the candidate submits into a void. For a developer role it includes a live coding round, selected during setup or picked automatically from the role. For every other role the same 45 minutes is a technical interview with no coding involved, which is why it fits a product manager, marketing analyst, or operations lead exactly as well as a backend engineer. Candidates join from a standard video call link, with nothing to install and no account to create.
