What exactly is QuillHire?
QuillHire runs AI interviews in two formats: a 15-minute phone screen, and a 45-minute live technical video interview with anti-cheat. Each one returns a transcript, a scorecard, and a clear recommendation.
Do I have to use both formats?
No. They are independent products, not stages of one funnel. Many teams run only the 15-minute phone screen for high-volume roles. Others skip the phone entirely and go straight to the 45-minute video interview.
Is the video interview different for developers?
It is the same 45-minute format either way. For a developer role it includes a live coding round, chosen during setup or picked automatically from the role. For every other role the same session is a technical interview with no coding in it. Same length, same price, same anti-cheat coverage.
Does QuillHire replace recruiters?
